Furniture and furnishing in Tampa
The piece that looked perfect online arrives and it's too small, too shiny or the wrong blue. Furnishing is a measuring, scaling and sourcing job, and it goes faster and costs less with someone who does it every week.
When to bring in help
- A new house with empty rooms and a move-in date
- A living room where the furniture floats and nothing lines up
- Rugs that are too small for the seating
- Trade-only lines and fabrics you can't buy on your own
- A room that's furnished but still feels unfinished
- Too many options and no time to compare them

What affects the price
- Number of rooms and how much is being replaced versus kept.
- Furniture budget tier: retail, trade or custom.
- Whether we manage purchasing, receiving and install or hand you a shopping list.
- Window treatments and custom upholstery, which are quoted separately.
You get a written scope and design fee before any design work starts.
Furnishing for Tampa Bay living
Florida sun fades fabrics through sliding glass doors faster than most people expect, and humidity swells solid wood and loosens veneers in rooms that aren't cooled consistently. Performance fabrics, UV-stable finishes and the right wood species are standard specifications here, not upgrades. Scale matters too: homes with 10- to 14-foot ceilings swallow average-sized furniture, which is why a room full of pieces can still feel empty.
Common questions
Do I have to buy through you?
No. You can purchase from the plan yourself, have us manage the orders, or mix the two. The scope says which.
Can you work with what I already own?
Yes. The plan starts with the pieces you're keeping and fills in around them.
How long do furniture orders take?
In-stock retail pieces arrive in days or weeks. Custom upholstery and trade lines commonly run several weeks to a few months, which is planned around from the start.
What fabrics hold up to dogs and sun?
Solution-dyed acrylics and high-performance polyesters, in tighter weaves. They're specified with the sun exposure of each room in mind.
